This year Jean volunteered her home for our Holiday Party. Carol and Lorraine helped her decorate and get ready for the holidays.
As usual we all brought generic gifts and participated in the gift exchange game. Sue brought along a few other games and everyone seemed to really be enjoying the party.
Second Chancers provided the ham and turkey and those who attended brought the rest.
At the end of the evening there were door prizes for all.

Wine Country
The beginning of Fall provided us with a nice trip to Linganore Winery.
As we entered the vineyard, we were given a free glass for our wine samples. We all brought food, lawn chairs and a folding table, and found a nice place to set up under a tree at the top of a hill. However, it was a bit cool and most of us sat in the sun, which was perfect. Some of us purchased wine to take home and also wine to share with others there that day.
Music was provided by a couple different bands and was especially nice. We watched some visitors dancing in front of the band stand at the bottom of the hill.
Though a good distance from Annapolis, driving was not a problem for we all carpooled with others. The scenery along the way was beautiful.
